Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying various sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.
